Blondie Free / Le Moulin des Moines

Sans alcool (faible en alccol)

Actually Blondy Free by Le Moulin des moines. Light yellow with pink reflections body; cloudy; big bubbles, abundant but not lasting foam. Aroma and taste quite similar the one the other : slightly sour, flowery, honey, edelberry. Very very light but fairly fine and subtle. That’s not beer (which explains the low mark here) but that’s something interesting anyway, as a "beginning of beer". But, well, I must admit I’m pleased with just a beginning, owing to the fact that I don’t enjoy Moulin des moines’ beers...

Corps d'un jaune clair à reflets roses; trouble, grosse bulles; mousse abondante qui retombe vite. Saveurs quasi identiques aux arômes : légèrement aigre, fleurs, miel, sureau. Très très légère mais assez fine et subtile. Ça n'est pas une bière (ce qui explique la note assez basse) mais c'est toutefois quelque chose d'intéressant, comme un "début de bière", qui, en fait, me satisfait en tant que tel venant de cette brasserie que je n'apprécie pas...
