Premium Bitter / ESB

Marks&Spencer’s version : Staffordshire IPA. Light amber body headed by a white foam that fades quickly. Aroma of hop, grass, sweet orange; floral. Quite fruity, sweet, round; buiscuity, malty; not dry, not very bitter but body is rather medium than light; finish is a bit metallic. Probably a bit far from what is expected from the style. Anyway I enjoyed it.

Version de Marks&Spencer's : Straffordshire IPA. Corps ambré clair surmonté d'une mousse blanche qui fond rapidement. Arômes de houblon, herbe, orange douce; florale. Assez fruitée, douce, ronde; biscuitée, maltée; pas sèche, pas très amère mais corps moyen plutôt que mince; finale un peu métallique. Probablement un peu loin de ce qui est attendu par rapport au style, mais je l'ai bien appréciée.
